Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Joshua, TX (76058). The role requires skilled specimen collection, exceptional customer service, and accurate data entry in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and travel to additional sites. Relevant phlebotomy certification or training is required or must be from an accredited program, and a high school diploma is necessary.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience or training from an accredited agency preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
