Labcorp in Mt Pleasant, SC is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform skilled specimen collections, provide exceptional customer service, and represent the company in patient-facing roles.

The position offers opportunities for growth within the organization and a schedule Monday–Thursday and Friday with rotating weekends. Typical duties include venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing processing, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
