Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy training program and current phlebotomy certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients across the lifespan.
• Ensure accurate identification, labeling, and specimen integrity.
• Support laboratory operations and coordinate with nursing and lab staff to resolve discrepancies.
