Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist to join our PSC in Kingsport, TN. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. The role involves blood collection, specimen handling, data entry, and patient interaction as part of a patient-care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Other Duties as assigned
