Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion certificate or documented competency with ≥100 venipunctures required.
• Basic computer skills; able to use Epic registration, registration tools, kiosk workflows and related lab applications.
• Strong customer service skills and reliability; transportation to work locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered registration, laboratory and diagnostic services in PSC settings with professionalism and compliance.
• Performs blood specimen collection via venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks across age groups.
• Accurately labels specimens and verifies specimen integrity per policy; collects non-blood specimens as needed.
• Performs outpatient EKGs and routes studies to cardiology via Epic workflow.
• Maintains required competencies and documentation; travels between PSC locations as needed.
