Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network in the Lehigh Valley seeks a Phlebotomist to provide patient-centered laboratory support across PSC settings.

You will collect blood specimens via venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks for patients of all ages, ensuring proper ID, labeling and order verification. Responsibilities include Epic registration workflows, kiosk support, and processing of non-blood specimens, with emphasis on safety, accuracy and high-quality patient care across

Qualifications

Phlebotomy program completion and competency with venipuncture techniques.
Basic computer skills and ability to use Epic or other EHR systems.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work across PSC workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings.
Perform blood collection via venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks for all ages.
Accurately label specimens, verify order details, and ensure proper specimen handling.
Assist with Epic registration workflows and kiosk registration as needed.
Process non-blood specimens and prepare specimens for transport to the core lab.
