Job summary

Labcorp in Sparks, NV is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center at 1311 North McCarran Boulevard, Sparks, NV 89431. You will perform skilled blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, collect specimens, enter data, and provide friendly, professional service.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 am–3:30 pm with rotating Saturdays;NV license required or submitted at hire; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; travel to other sites as needed;

Qualifications

• Nevada state license or license application at time of hire.
• 1 year+ phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
