Job summary

Sunrise Medical Laboratories in Nutley, NJ is seeking a front-line phlebotomist to join our clinical laboratory team. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00 and a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm schedule with competitive benefits.

You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare specimens, and ensure proper labeling, processing and test ordering while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
