Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative I in Edmonds, WA. You will be the face of the company, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for testing while explaining procedures to patients and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires phlebotomy certification, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 7:30AM–4:30PM, on-site at our clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required.
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Shift 7:30AM-4:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform blood collection safely and accurately.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
