Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED completed, plus phlebotomy training.
• Washington MA Phlebotomist or MA certification required at hire.
• Enrollment in or possession of WA MA Phlebotomist/CMA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the laboratory to the public, physicians, patients and offices as needed.
• Assist laboratory staff, receive/accession and process specimens per procedures.
• Follow safety, environmental and infection control standards for accreditation.
