Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative II who will be the face of the company to patients, performing phlebotomy and specimen preparation with accuracy and safety.

The role requires strong customer service, adherence to procedures, and reliable documentation across multiple sites. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and provide explanations of procedures.
• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and signatures post-venipuncture to ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain required records and documentation; adhere to policies and confidentiality.
