The Queen's Health Systems in Hawaii is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our Diagnostic Laboratory Services team. You will perform blood collection, ensure specimen integrity, and maintain patient comfort while adhering to safety and infection control standards.

Schedule includes regular full-time hours with early morning shifts, and flexibility to meet operational needs. Compensation is based on experience and certifications, with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program preferred.
• An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in science preferred.
• Phlebotomy, patient care or clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• ASCP/AMT/CPT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collection by venipuncture and skin puncture.
• Verify patient information and label specimens.
• Process specimens and ensure chain of custody.
• Assist with specimen handling and laboratory paperwork.
