Job summary

Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP is seeking a full-time phlebotomist to join our Honolulu laboratory operations. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test orders in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role emphasizes patient care, safety, compliance, and quality control while handling protected health information with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training or experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
• Basic computer and data entry skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
