Job summary

Valor Healthcare is seeking a full-time phlebotomist for our Washington, PA clinic to support the PACT team and provide essential patient care under clinical supervision.

Qualified applicants have a phlebotomy certificate, at least two years’ experience in primary/ambulatory care (VA contract preferred), current BLS and ACLS or eligibility, and strong English communication plus EMR skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited phlebotomy program.
• Minimum two years’ experience as an MA in primary or ambulatory care; VA contract preferred.
• Active, unrestricted license/credentialing as required by state and VA contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, perform phlebotomy and routine diagnostic tests under supervision.
• Operate EKG and other diagnostic equipment as needed for routine procedures.
• Submit lab and radiology results to medical providers and update VA records.
• Schedule clinic appointments and manage PACT team duties as assigned.
• Verify clinical reminders are completed at each visit and ensure compliance training.
• Provide patient and family health education; maintain confidentiality per VA guidelines.
• Support outreach and enrollment activities for clinic programs.
