Job summary

TriHealth in Mason, OH is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist for a part-time role to collect specimens and support diagnostic testing. You will serve as a liaison between the laboratory and our customers, ensuring accurate IDs, proper labeling, and timely transport of samples.

Responsibilities include order entry assistance, compliance documentation, and smooth specimen processing. The role offers a day shift, 45 hours biweekly, with no weekends or holidays; HS diploma and formal phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training and laboratory terminology knowledge.
• Ability to collect specimens including pediatric draws and difficult venipunctures.
• Strong communication, customer service and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomies and specimen collections in various settings.
• Identify patients correctly, label samples, and ensure proper transport to lab.
• Communicate with patients, physicians offices, and caregivers; maintain documentation as required.
