We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a busy Patient Service Center. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; rotating Saturdays may be required.

Work Location: Tualatin, OR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
3. Accurately and promptly enter patient information into our data system.
4. Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
5. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide superior customer service to all patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites when required.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
3. Previous experience as a phlebotomist is preferred.
4. Pediatric experience is a plus.
5. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
9. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
10. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
11. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
