We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a busy Patient Service Center. You will provide excellent customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for growth within the organization are also available.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; overtime and rotating Saturdays may be required

Work Location: Beaverton, OR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests.
3. Accurately and promptly enter patient information.
4. Process billing and collect payments when required.
5. Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide superior customer service to all patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
3. Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
4. Pediatric experience preferred.
5. Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
8. Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
9. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
10. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
11. Able to pass a color blindness test.
