Our Blood Institute in Little Rock, AR is hiring phlebotomists to provide a safe, positive donation experience. No prior experience required as the position offers world-class paid on-the-job training. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be punctual, reliable and able to lift 40 lbs.

Bilingual Spanish speakers earn additional pay, with bonuses awarded at 6 months, 1 year and 3 years. Flexibility is needed to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, vitals, medical screening, phlebotomy, and record keeping for various blood donation services.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance (FDA).
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork and report issues promptly.
• Monitor donor comfort and reactions, providing education on donation frequency and product needs.
• Attend to donors with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
