• Perform registration, vitals, screening, phlebotomy, and related record-keeping for blood donation.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safety of all blood products.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork and issue escalation as needed.
• Monitor donor questions/issues and equipment performance; communicate needs.
• Assess donor comfort and reactions throughout the donation process; educate donors.
