Job summary

Our Blood Institute in Enid, OK seeks phlebotomist trainees for a world-class paid on-the-job training program with no experience required.

You will provide safe, courteous donor care, perform registrations, vitals, phlebotomy, and related record-keeping, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Fluency in Spanish adds pay; reliable transportation and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college classes are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 40 lbs.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, vitals, medical screening, phlebotomy, and record-keeping duties.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance for all blood products.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork and equipment checks.
• Educate donors on donation processes and safety.
• Maintain donor care and professionalism throughout the donation experience.
