Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist for 1st shift in Walpole, MA. The role is contract-based for 3 months, onsite with responsibilities including blood collection, specimen processing, and maintaining patient-focused records.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy skills, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work certain weekends/holidays. Medical training is a plus; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training (MA/paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (CA/NV/WA exempted).

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a professional, respectful patient experience.
