Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist for the 1st shift in Hazleton, PA. This onsite contract role covers multiple locations with travel and flexible hours to support patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy locations.

High school diploma required with phlebotomy certification preferred. The ideal candidate has 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and demonstrates strong customer focus, data entry skills, and a clean driving record for potential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment for patients and staff.
• Perform specimen collection and processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and proper labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and promote a positive image to patients and clients.
