Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for 1st shift in Wilton, CT. This 3‑month contract role requires drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing in a safe, efficient manner, with on‑site responsibilities and adherence to procedures.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of phlebotomy experience, high school diploma, and medical training preferred. Certification in phlebotomy is preferred where required. Weekend/on-call availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Draw blood specimens from patients following established procedures.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and provide patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate reliable, on-time performance under supervision.
