Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Phlebotomist for 1st shift in Leominster, MA. This onsite contract role runs 6 months with a pay rate of $18.00–$23.00 per hour and a schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and interacting with patients with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. Training locations may vary; overtime and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional patient-focused environment.
• Support coverage across multiple Patient Service Center locations.
