Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or eligibility to sit for certification preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology and strong communication skills.
• Prior phlebotomy experience or certified training in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture technique for all age groups.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
