Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support a medical facility in Henderson, NC. This is a 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion, with Mon-Fri 8-5 and occasional Raleigh visits.

The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric collections) and the ability to travel between locations. Pay is $19-21 per hour on a W2 basis, with Pride Health benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs venipuncture and specimen processing per established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling post-venipuncture.
• Represent Pride Health positively to patients and staff.
