Job summary

IVIRMA is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist for our Springfield, MA center. The full-time role involves drawing blood five mornings per week (6:30am–12:30pm) with alternating Saturdays, supporting specimen processing and ensuring sample integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and is comfortable following safety procedures and lab manuals. Certification is preferred but not required.

• Certification preferred but not required.
• Technical expertise with good customer service.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Process samples for reference labs.
• Monitor pending results.
• Adhere to phlebotomy procedures and lab services manuals.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of drawing area and stock supplies in the phlebotomy lab.
• Flu vaccination required.
