Job summary

Labcorp in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collection, process specimens, and provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
