Job summary

STGi is seeking a Phlebotomist/Laboratory Technician to provide phlebotomy services and clerical support at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The role includes performing venipuncture, finger-stick and specimen processing, coordinating front desk tasks, and ensuring proper documentation and patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Previous phlebotomy experience and ability to interact calmly with patients, including infants and the elderly, is preferred; some duties involve

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy procedures and specimen collection.
• Ability to perform venipuncture, finger-stick, and heel-stick.
• Clerical tasks and documentation in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of phlebotomy duties including venipuncture and specimen handling.
• Conduct patient processing and provide front desk/clerical support as needed.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs in the phlebotomy area.
