Responsibilities

• Performs routine and stat laboratory tests using automated or semi-automated equipment, kit assays, and microscopic evaluations.
• Maintains accuracy and organizes workload to meet service demands under minimal supervision.
• Performs quality control analyses and verifies results within established ranges.
• Participates in training staff in routine laboratory techniques with CLT Lead.
• May send letters to patients with lab results or overdue appointment reminders.
