Job summary

As a CLT/Phlebotomist, you will adhere to quality control procedures, assist in training new staff, and may communicate results or reminders as delegated.

Qualifications

• Be certified as Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and stat laboratory tests utilizing automated or semi-automated equipment, kit assays, and microscopic evaluations.
• Performs work accurately and precisely and can organize the workload to meet service demands, calmly, efficiently, and without direct supervision.
• Performs quality control analyses on all tests assigned and determines whether all parameters are within established ranges.
