Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, Inc. in Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist/Processor for a full-time float position. You will perform venipuncture, process samples, and ensure accurate data management with a focus on patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with coverage-based hours; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and in-house testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent communication with patients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, monitoring instrumentation alarms.
• Performing venipuncture for blood collection and preparing samples for lab testing.
• Verifying specimen information and data entry.
• Receiving, processing, and packaging samples for referral labs.
• Following safety protocols, HIPAA, Medicare rules, and quality assurance.
