Qualifications

• Verifies positive patient identification.
• Performs venipunctures, finger sticks, and heel sticks using aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Performs log in of specimens and ensures specimen integrity.
• Performs screening tests and reports results.
• Performs POC INR and INR log; enters results into computer.
• Maintains quality control logs and adheres to scheduling.
