Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent and Certificate. Successful completion of phlebotomy program through an accredited phlebotomy program required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Computer experience preferred.
• ASCP preferred.
