Job Summary

Available Inpatient Phlebotomy Positions:

• Full Time Evening Shift: M-F 1:15PM - 9:45PM; Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
• Part Time Night Shift: Weekdays 2AM-6AM; Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
• Part Time Day Shift: Weekdays 4AM - 8AM; Every Other Weekend (4AM-12:30PM) & Holiday Rotation

Responsibilities include:

• Correctly identify patients and handle patient registration.
• Maintain knowledge of laboratory and hospital information systems.
• Coordinate and perform collections and procedures accurately, understanding parameters of acceptability and critical limits.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Post High School Diploma Program or relevant education & experience in lieu of diploma.

Experience

• Phlebotomy training and/or experience required.

Certification and Licensure

• BLS Certification within 60 days of hire.
• FIT Testing within 60 days of hire.
• PA Driver's License.
