Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Phlebotomist in Warner Robins, GA. You will perform venipuncture, collect samples, verify patient records, enter data, label specimens, and prepare them for testing. You’ll also instruct patients and support lab operations in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time position Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5pm at 623 S Houston Lake Rd. Requires phlebotomy certification and 2+ years’ lab experience; knowledge of labeling protocols and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or MA certification or phlebotomy program certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in a Lab setting.
• Understanding of labeling and ID protocol, and awareness of common lab tests.

Responsibilities

• Performs painless venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Identifies patients following protocol.
• Prepares samples with correct labeling and bar codes.
• Reconciles daily outstanding sample reports.
• Follows safety procedures and supports daily operations.
