Responsibilities

• Specimen Collection & Processing: Perform collections (venipuncture, capillary draws) and prepare specimens for transport.
• Patient Experience & Customer Service: Provide professional, respectful service and accurate data entry for registrations and orders.
• Site Support and Travel: Cover PSC/IOP locations in the territory and maintain timely office operations with reliable transportation.
• Operations & Compliance: Serve as subject matter expert for complex specimen requirements, follow policies and ensure confidentiality.
