Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) to cover Flint, MI and surrounding PSCs/IOPs. The position runs Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotational weekend shifts and mileage reimbursement for territory travel.

You will perform venipuncture and specimen collection, ensure patient identification, enter data, and maintain protocol adherence in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture, capillary draws) with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and enter data accurately.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; maintain specimen labeling accuracy.
• Travel within the assigned territory to PSCs/IOPs and other sites; mentor on-site staff as needed.
