Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) in Flint, MI. This full-time role covers travel within the assigned territory, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekend work, including mileage reimbursement.

You will perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures, ensure accurate patient identification, and maintain quality sample handling across PSCs and client sites, while delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with high accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and verify orders; input data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per procedures.
• Provide professional patient and client service; maintain a clean collection environment.
• Travel across PSC/IOP locations and support on-site staff as needed.
