Responsibilities

• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm labeling accuracy and perform data entry as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test orders.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and clients, communicate collection procedures clearly, and maintain a clean collection environment.
