Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.

• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures including venipuncture and pediatric/geriatric draws.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling; enter data as required.
• Provide professional patient service and maintain a clean collection environment.
• Travel within territory to PSCs, IOPs, and client sites with reliable transportation.
