You will perform duties under supervision with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and confidentiality. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years phlebotomy experience, and phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• State credentials: Graduated Phlebotomist certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains patient trust and explains procedures to patients while drawing blood samples in a safe and accurate manner.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately and maintains a safe professional environment, documenting records as required.
