Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect high‑quality blood specimens via venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing per procedures.
• Verify patient ID, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Obtain patient signatures and ensure proper labeling in the patient’s presence.
• Maintain records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with patients.
• Support operations at patient service centers and other locations.
