Qualifications

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong specimen collection, processing and patient identification skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient identification and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and records per procedures.
• Provide compassionate patient care and explain collection procedures.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Support multiple collection sites and maintain a safe work environment.
