Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Pasadena, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM–5:30 PM) and rotational weekends. This role requires a state phlebotomy license and involves travel within an assigned territory to PSCs and client offices, ensuring accurate specimen collection and compliant testing procedures.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with a pay range of $25.80–$27.65 per hour and potential annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and verify specimen labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, label, centrifuge, split, store as required.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and clients; handle questions and concerns.
