Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and enter data accurately.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test order.
• Provide professional, courteous service and maintain a clean collection environment.
