Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Lone Tree, CO, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational Saturdays. Pay range is $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, with potential annual performance bonus consideration.

The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred phlebotomy certification. Benefits vary by full-time status and include a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Navigate lab systems to verify orders and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information, collect payments when required.
• Process specimens with labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport preparation.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, and emails.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training courses timely.
