Responsibilities include performing blood draws, labeling and handling specimens, and maintaining compliance with procedures and safety regulations. Two years of venipuncture experience and HS diploma are required; MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing assigned duties, troubleshooting, training and workflow recommendations.
• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge, and maintain records.
• Collect and store specimens; explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously.
