Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens.
• Accessioning procedures to ensure correct patient identification.
• Records and reports problems; maintains quality control.
• Navigates multiple computer applications for registration and billing.
• Provides phlebotomy coverage across sites as needed.
• Completes competency exams as required.
