Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens.
• Collect and procure blood specimens following CLSI guidelines.
• Ensure proper patient identification, labeling, accessioning, and processing of specimens.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient experience and safety.
• Mentor students and new employees as needed.
